The State College Lions Club is a local chapter of Lions International, the world's largest service organization with 46,000 clubs and 1.35 million members in over 200 countries.
The mission of Lions is to empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding through Lions clubs.
Open to anyone of sound character age 18 or older, the State College Lions Club provides an opportunity to serve the local community. While our main initiatives are in vision health, we meet all sorts of needs, from assisting the less fortunate to helping youth gain leadership skills.
